The real menace of our Republic is the invisible government which like a giant octopus sprawls its slimy legs over our cities, states and nation. At the head is a small group of banking houses... This little coterie...run our government for their own selfish ends. It operates under cover of a self-created screen...seizes...our executive officers...legislative bodies...schools...
courts...newspapers and every agency created for the public protection.”
N.Y. Mayor, John Hylan

DISCOVER THREE PURPOSES OF THE CONSTITUTION

As You Investigate Three Purposes of the Constitution, be Prepared for a Shocking Exposure to the Truth Behind Our Founding Fathers.

Let's discuss three purposes of the Constitution.

In looking at the United States Constitution, you need to investigate not only what you've been taught and told in school, but also what the real truth behind the Constitution is, as well as what's happening to the Constitution today.

THREE PURPOSES OF THE CONSTITUTION: 1) WE THE PEOPLE HOLD THE POWER

The first and most important principle of the United States Constitution is the need to distinguish who's in charge of whom. Is the government the ruler of the people or do the people hold the power?

Let's listen to Abraham Lincoln regarding the first of the main three purposes of the Constitution:

"The people are the zeitgeist of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert it!"

Of the three purposes of the Constitution, establishing that "We the People" hold the power over our elected officials is one which is key to keeping us a free people. As a matter of fact, the jury system is designed to achieve this.

"Unchecked power is the foundation of tyranny. It is the Juror's duty to use the Jury Room as a vehicle to stem the tide of oppression and tyranny:

To prevent bloodshed by peacefully removing power from those who have abused it. The Jury is the primary vehicle for the peaceable restoration of LIBERTY, POWER AND HONOR TO "WE THE PEOPLE!"
    - excerpt from "The Citizens Rule Book"

THREE PURPOSES OF THE CONSTITUTION: 2) SEPARATION OF POWER

The second of the three purposes of the Constitution is that it's necessary to keep any one of the branches of government from getting strong enough to enact tyranny on "We the People".

Our government has three branches:

  • Legislative: the House and Senate (Article I)
  • Executive: the President, Vice-President, and the Departments (Article II)
  • Judicial: the federal courts and the Supreme Court (Article III)

A system of Checks and Balances was established to keep each branch in "check". This is designed to prevent the majority from ever being allowed to rule with an "iron fist".

THREE PURPOSES OF THE CONSTITUTION: 3) LIMIT FEDERAL POWER

When investigating the last of the three purposes of the Constitution , we realize that we were originally a Republic of united States (note the lower case 'u'). The Federal government, through the Separation of Powers already mentioned, is to be kept in check. Checks and balances have been set up to limit the power of the central government. This is to be sure that "We the People" never need to have our Sovereignty threatened.

THREE PURPOSES OF THE CONSTITUTION: FEDERAL GOV. HAS USURPED POWER

So, do these three purposes of the Constitution really exist?

First of all, let's take a hard look at the idea that "We the People" hold the power over our elected officials as it pertains to the power held by our Federal government. Most of us recognize that in today's America, the Federal arm of government is engaging in tyranny against its citizens. It's also quite apparent that wealthy corporations rule the land.

Rule by the wealthy is called 'Plutocracy'. This idea actually takes us all the way back to our Founding Fathers.

THREE PURPOSES OF THE CONSTITUTION: WEALTHY FOUNDING FATHERS

Our Founding Fathers were the wealthy of that time. Basically, they wanted to be free of the King of England, not to create a land of equality and freedom for all, but to create a land that they could rule.

"Those upper classes, to rule, needed to make concessions to the middle class, without damage to their own wealth or power, at the expense of slaves, Indians, and poor whites. This bought loyalty. And to bind that loyalty with something more powerful than material advantage, the ruling group found, in the 1760s and 1770s a wonderfully useful device.

That device was the language of liberty and equality, which could unite just enough whites to fight a Revolution against England, without ending either slavery or inequality."
    - A People's History of the United States, by Howard Zinn. (1995). (p. 58)

As we examine three purposes of the Constitution, it becomes quite apparent that what we learned within our American education conspiracy (see Freemason Conspiracy) was quite misleading.

"We see then, that in the context of the struggle for independence, the specific aspirations of common people put them into conflict with the people we think of as the 'Founding Fathers' or Framers. The Sons of Liberty, the Loyal Nine, and the Boston Committee of Correspondence and other such groups which the Framers organized were rooted in the 'middling interests and well-to-do merchants' and upper classes.

They have been wrongly described as revolutionary. The truth is that they took great measures to keep the peace and defuse revolutionary tendencies."
    - Toward an American Revolution, by Jerry Fresia (1988)

We can begin to see that the basic three purposes of the Constitution were misleading. The Constitution has holes in it. These holes were left by the wealthy "oligarchy". We're still fighting off this oligarchy today (we'll explore this more in a moment).

THREE PURPOSES OF THE CONSTITUTION: FOUNDING FATHERS THE ENEMY OF COMMONERS?

Consider that people we were taught to revere in school were not revered by the common people of the late 1700's:

"To common people, freedom meant freedom from the oppression of colonial aristocracy as well as freedom from British rule. One of their favorite slogans was: 'Common people must be free from all Foreign or Domestic Oligarchy.' They thought in terms of liberation from all oppression, not just 'independence from Britain'."

George Washington was the wealthiest man in America and kept over 200 slaves. Benjamin Franklin supported plutocratic Quakers while opposing common farmers in Pennsylvania. In 1748, John Hancock devalued the currency of Massachusetts so severely it drove large numbers of workers into poverty. James Madison got rich off slave plantations.

"The top 10 percent of the white male leaders in America owned half the wealth and held as slaves one-seventh of the country's people."

THREE PURPOSES OF THE CONSTITUTION: MORE FOUNDING FATHER OLIGARCHY INFO

"(The Framers of the Constitution) . . . had no wish to usher in democracy in the United States. They were not making war upon the principle of aristocracy and they had no. intention. of destroying the tradition of upper-class leadership in the colonies. they did not propose to open these lush pastures to the common herd."
    - Origins of the American Revolution, by John C. Miller (1943)

"A small group of wealthy people in America has always ruled the nation for its own benefit, not for the welfare of the people. The first American revolution resulted only in a change in rulers: from the British elite to an American plutocracy. Sixty-nine percent of the signers of the Declaration of Independence had held colonial office under England."

Your search into the three purposes of the Constitution has you treading on some unsettling ground, doesn't it? Let's continue the fascinating journey.

THREE PURPOSES OF THE CONSTITUTION: POOR FARMERS EXPLOITED

As the Founding Fathers used terms such as "equality for all" and "all men are equal" to unite enough commoners to the cause of fighting the British, the poor "farmers turned soldiers" had a rough go of it. During the war, the wealthy army officers were paid more while the farmer soldiers routinely went without pay at all. To make matters worse, these farmers began losing their farms and were thrown in jail after the war for failure to pay back loans.

"As an example, in the farming community of Hampshire County Massachusetts:

    • 32.4 % of the county's men over sixteen were hauled into court from 1784 to 1786
    • many were thrown into jail: in one cell, 26 prisoners were held without proper food or ventilation, many got sick and some died
    • not a single retailer went to jail

In Massachusetts, the state government (the instrument of the merchant class) shifted the tax burden away from merchants and onto farmers. State laws demanded that taxes be paid in hard money. The excuse for this attack on the working class was that this promoted commerce."

THREE PURPOSES OF THE CONSTITUTION: NOT MUCH HAS CHANGED

Wow! It seems like much of our American history in regards to the three purposes of the Constitution is quite different from what you were taught in grade school. Granted, our United States Constitution ushered in a time of relatively good times for many people in America.

However, when we look at America's current state (2006-2007), we see that things really haven't changed much in terms of economics. It's still a plutocracy. The wealthy rule us. Most middle class Americans are finding that even with two parents working, it's not working. We're still commoners fighting the wealthy oligarchy.

THREE PURPOSES OF THE CONSTITUTION: HORRIFIC OLIGARCHY PLANS

And that oligarchy has grown bold in exploiting the three purposes of the Constitution. They've ruled us in secrecy for many years through the Fed (What is the Federal Reserve?). They're turning America into a police state. They plan on turning us from financial slaves into outright physical slaves through the use of New World Order railroad cars.
