one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Banks, hereinafter called the FED. They are not government institutions. They are private monopolies which prey upon the people of these United States for the benefit of themselves and their foreign customers.”
Congressman, Louis T. McFadden

7. If FDRS determines, in its sole discretion, that you have not complied with these Terms and Conditions, it may, in addition to any other rights and remedies it may have against you, immediately and without notice to you, withdraw all benefits to you and your Acquaintances under this Bonus (including, without limitation, by cancelling or declining to credit any and all Referral rewards issued or to be issued to you and to any of your Acquaintances in connection with this Bonus).
8. You grant FDRS your consent to use your name and email address for the purposes of sending email to your Acquaintances for Bonus processing, and notifying your Acquaintances that they were referred by you. You agree not to use any false email addresses or names for this Bonus.
9. You represent and warrant to FDRS that you have an existing business or personal relationship with each Acquaintance and that it is your genuine opinion that each Acquaintance would wish to benefit from the FDRS program. By providing us with contact information such as email addresses of your Acquaintances for transaction purposes, you are affirmatively requesting and authorizing FDRS to send them an email, as outlined herein, on your behalf.
10. FDRS reserves the right to discontinue the Bonus for any reason, at any time and for any duration at its sole discretion, and without notice.
11. Any bonus checks not cashed will expire six months after receipt of the bonus.
12. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED AT LAW, NEITHER FDRS NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, TRUSTEES, CONTRACTORS, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS OFFER. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES.
