People Against Gun Control Know All About the Criminal Bankers Who Spread Propaganda in Their Quest to Disarm America.
People against gun control understand reality.

PEOPLE AGAINST GUN CONTROL: WOMEN & SELF DEFENSE
One of the first myths of gun control is that all women support the concept. People against gun control think this is a foolish and irresponsible viewpoint. In our society, women are victims of some of the worst physical and psychological abuse examples.
Rape is a terrible physical crime. But it also leaves terrible psychological scars that last for years after the event. Domestic violence and abuse against women is also a combination of physical and psychological pain.

PEOPLE AGAINST GUN CONTROL: THE POLICE
The police like gun control. With the People unarmed, it makes it much easier for police abuses to take place. America has become a police state anyway, and the police are increasingly becoming more aggressive against the People.
If you've ever been involved in a "police matter" where a policeman interrogates you, you know the drill. You're assumed guilty and everything you say is twisted around to make the situation sound like it happened worse than it really did.
All the police are concerned with is a conviction. They need to gather enough evidence to make sure you're sent to court. The court needs its money you know!
And you know what? When you're unarmed and surrounded by armed "stormtroopers", you most likely will feel intimidated and say things you shouldn't. The police and corrupted court system they work for knows this.
People against gun control know this, too, and would rather allow people to have a chance against police corruption. Granted, there are many "good" cops, but there are enough "bad" ones to know that we're foolish if we allow ourselves to become disarmed against them.
Additionally, the "good" cops are nothing more than writers of reports on what happened after the fact. They never show up to stop the crime. To think so is insane.
PEOPLE AGAINST GUN CONTROL DON'T BELIEVE IN HOGWASH

- That firearms in the hands of private citizens are the gravest threat to world peace, and China, Pakistan and Korea can be trusted with nuclear weapons

- That ordinary people, in the presence of guns, turn into slaughtering butchers, and revert to normal when the weapon is removed
- That private citizens can't have handguns, because they serve no militia purpose, even though the military has hundreds of thousands of them, and private citizens can't have assault rifles, because they are military weapons
- That it is reasonable for California to have a minimum 2 year sentence for possessing but not using an assault rifle, and reasonable for California to have a 6 month minimum sentence for raping a female police officer
- That it is reasonable to jail people for carrying but not using guns, but outrageous to jail people for possessing marijuana
- That minimum sentences violate civil rights, unless it's for possessing a gun
- That door-to-door searches for drugs are a gross violation of civil rights and a sign of Fascism, but door-to-door searches for guns are a reasonable solution to the "gun problem."
- That the First Amendment absolutely allows child pornography and threats to kill cops, but doesn't apply to manuals on gun repair
