Today, we're going to focus on a few facts on gun control laid out in John R. Lott's book, The Bias Against Guns.
In the book, Lott does a masterful job of differentiating between the facts and outright lies that exist today in America concerning gun control.
Our belief is that the Federal government, led by the nose by the criminal banking cabal, is unfairly influencing America's "regular, law abiding folk" to believe in gun control.

FACTS ON GUN CONTROL: TV AD FROM 1996

FACTS ON GUN CONTROL: GOVERNMENT LIES
Now, for people watching and hearing these ads, it sounds like the facts on gun control mean that guns are very deadly to young children. Now let's reveal Lott as he explains the fact that the ads actually contain a huge number of statistics that are blatant lies and exaggerations.
- "The newspaper headlines in the first TV ad clearly imply that the ten deaths a day involve young children: all the references are to a 'six-year-old', a 'toddler', and a 'child'. Yet, in 1995, the year before the ads appeared, 126 children under the age of ten were murdered with firearms, and an additional fifty-two deaths were accidental. This translates into a total rate of less than 0.5 a day, a far cry from the ten per day claimed in the ads.
The 'ten deaths a day' was obtained only by including murders, accidental deaths, and suicides for all ages under twenty. Murders of children under ten only account for 4.5% of all murder victims for people under age twenty.
. The Justice Department ad misleadingly links the images of young children to the ten-deaths-a-day claim for a purpose. Deaths of young innocent children are much more likely to motivate legislative changes than gang-related deaths of eighteen- and nineteen-year-olds..."
FACTS ON GUN CONTROL SHOW HOW WRONG THE ADS ARE
- "The 2nd TV ad with 'Kalie' and the 1st radio ad with 'Omar' create similar mis-impressions. The accidental gun deaths involve a 'baby' and an eight-year-old. Yet, in 1999, the year before these ads appeared, not a single child under the age of one died from an accidental gunshot. And the five years from 1995-1999 saw a total of 12 babies under the age of one who died from accidental gunshots.
For the older age group over the same five years, an average of 48 children under ten years of age died from accidental gunshots. As shown in later data, only 5 to 8 children were shot by another child or themselves."
FACTS ON GUN CONTROL: BEDS ARE MORE DANGEROUS
Amazingly, as the government tries to scare people into thinking guns are so dangerous to children, beds are actually more dangerous! Yes, beds!
- ". adult beds, take more children's lives. From 1999 to 2001, 41 children age five and under died from adult beds, when children were wedged between the mattress and adjoining wall or the headboard."
FACTS ON GUN CONTROL: MEET THE CABAL
