HOW THE CFR ORIGINATED IN EUROPE
Even Though the CFR Originated in Europe, it's the American Branch of the Elite Plan to Bring a Totalitarian New World Order.
The CFR originated in Europe in 1919, when Colonel Edward M. House, who was a close advisor of then-President Woodrow Wilson, gathered together many prominent American and British "peace" delegates.
The meeting that ultimately led to the formation of America's Council on Foreign Relations was in the Majestic Hotel in Paris on May 30, 1919.
There, Colonel House led a meeting that formed the Institute of International Affairs.
The English branch is the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA).
Originally, the American branch was simply called Institute of International Affairs.
Then, on July 21, 1921, Colonel House helped reorganize the U.S. Institute of International Affairs into the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).
The CFR originated in Europe, but it's the American arm of the world's banking elite and it's purpose is to destroy the Constitution and convince the public to accept a United World Government.

For a good laugh, one can go to the CFR website and read how much good the deceptive organization does. Make no mistake, the CFR originated in Europe but it's all about killing the sovereignty of the former Republic of the United States (What is a Republic?).

At the CIA-funded Harvard International Seminar, Kissinger founded a magazine called Confluence, which eventually came under the close scrutiny of the Defense Department because of its pro-Communist bias. If the magazine correctly reflected Kissinger's views, and if his second book corrected his earlier comments on national security vis-a-vis the Communists, then Henry put it all together in his third book, The Troubled Partnership, published in the mid-60s.
This CFR-sponsored volume in effect called for the merging of the United States with the increasingly socialist nations of Europe into a single nation, as part of what Kissinger called a 'Grand Design'."

One of the worst atrocities the original CFR membership list pulled on the American people was setting up the United States central bank. The members of the CFR who are also the Federal Reserve owners are in reality stealing the money to fund their New World Order projects, pay-offs, and frauds.

By authorizing the Fed to regulate and create money (and thus inflation), Congress gave private banks power to create profits at will.
.One of the most important powers given to the Fed was the right to buy and sell government securities, and provide loans to member banks so they might also purchase them. This provided another built-in mechanism for profit to the banks, if government debt was increased. All that was needed was a method to pay off the debt. This was accomplished through the passage of the income tax in 1913."
